JoannA RICHARDS

Joanna is the founder of Shift 7 Leadership. She has been working with leaders for more than 20 years. Her focus is leadership development coaching and communication training. As a collaborative partner, she works with leaders and teams who want to enhance their effectiveness. 

Her direct and empathetic approach energizes and motivates clients to become better leaders – from front-line supervisors to CEOs. Human resource and organizational development professionals rely on her goal-based programs, delivered with a positive, open and adaptive style. 

Prior to opening her leadership development company Jacksonville, FL, Joanna was a leadership coach for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and owned Performance Partners, LLC for a decade. Her clients include leaders within Fortune 50 companies, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and service companies. 

Joanna received her a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Management from Jacksonville University.  Joanna is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Additionally, she is certified in several behavioral assessments including DISC, Hogan and Motivators.  

Joanna is the primary coach and trainer for Shift 7 group offerings and team leadership programs.

Wanda Wallace

Wanda Wallace is a skilled Team Leader, Mentor and Leadership Instructor with over 20 years of experience managing teams in various industries, including packaging and paper distribution, facility management, ship repair and aircraft manufacturing. Additionally, she has held numerous local and national leadership roles within the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).

Wanda is passionate about guiding high-performing teams and sharing strategies with frontline supervisors to enhance their leadership capabilities. Additionally, she plays a key role in the day-to-day administrative functions of Shift 7, supporting planning, scheduling, and logistics. 

Wanda holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is an Honor Graduate of NCMA’s prestigious Contract Management Leadership Development Program, of which she has subsequently served as Mentor and Coach.
